I agree. I wish I could afford computers which would have allowed me to play the game in this detail. I always had to remove all additional graphics so all my races were basically the peloton riding down a long road with no scenery for the whole race. Oh well, I'll probably never have time to play PCM again until I retire Hopefully they'll have worked out all the bugs by PCM 2050 Assuming Trump hasn't killed us all by then.
