YOu can do this on hard, there is something about that TT that allows you to dominate. I won with a 66 and took third with a 68 (with Cancellara in second) on normal.

It's not fun playing on easy

I believe difficulty level has no impact on TT's as it affect the riders' energy, which would be weird in a time trial.

Difficulty level does have an impact on TT. The computer riders will ride averagely slower on easier difficulty levels.
