In the Classics, the Giro, and the Tour de Suisse, members of this forum have participated in the Fantasy Cycling Games over at Velogames.com. This continues with the Tour de France, and you have until 11 AM CEST (Central European Summer Time) to sign up a team and take part.

For those who are new, the rules are simple - you select 9 riders with a points value of up to 100 points (those who are more likely to score points on every stage obviously costing more). 2 All-Rounders, 2 Climbers, 1 Sprinter, 3 Domestiques and a Wild Card who can come from any of the categories.

Once you have created your team for the game - which is free - you can then join the PCM.daily league by entering the league code: 22162352. 112 teams have entered already, and theres not long left to join in the fun!

The 1st patch was released on the day of the release, and a week later, the 2nd patch has been released.

The patch primarily fixes some multiplayer problem, and it also adds the much anticipated Stage Race mode, so it's now possible to play e.g. a Tour de France online with friends.

A month ago we showed you an outdated video for the console game, but now, at last, an official one has been released! Its available on the French MicroMania website.

It is a similar style to the usual PCM trailers that we have become used to at this time of the year, but we do get an indication of what the game will look like when playing - including a shot of an Omega Pharma lotto rider sprinting on the Champs Elysses.
