Doped Riders in PCM 14.?

I want to know if its possible to get this function from PCM 12/13 to PCM 14.
I tried to do it but some tables are missing, for example the
STA_localized_string. (or i am blind)
Could anybody tell me if its possible to get the doped riders injury to PCM 14.?

I can't seem to find this on Lachis Editor.
EDIT: I am trying to add bans on riders like Tiernan Locke and Diego Ulissi and add Injurys on people like Sprick of Giant.

Cheers for this i will try it out now but i was wondering about the length of the ban as the band for doping is two years which would mean 710 day's but your says 360 - 390, I was wondering what to put. And in 2015 Wada have said the want to double the ban of Doping, Would i just have to add this on when i get to that on my career.
