Adding Sounds to the Game

I was wondering if I could add the opening commentaries from PCM 12 for the Grand Tours to PCM 11. Is this possible and if so how would you do it?

For the races it's unfortunately not possible unless you have the .zcts file of the stages (the one used to create the stage), which you usually don't Frown

Plus it'd be quite a bit of work to open the .zcts, add the sound files and re-export them all.
