Help me to choose the team for a career

Hi!
I´m going to start my first career and I need your help to decide which team I should play. And my candidates are...
Lampre-Merida
I would like to replace old generation (Scarponi, Petacchi) with young Italian talents and then win Giro.
Blanco Pro Cycling
Mission is clear: Return Robert Gesink and his team back to the top and fight for victory on some Grand Tour.
Team Saxo-Tinkoff
With my favourite riders - Contador and Kreuziger - I want to win 100th TdF (but also try the best with other riders on other races). I think about improve Kreuziger´s climbing and maybe TT skills.
Team NetApp-Endura
This is team with my another favourite riders - Jan Bárta and Leo König. With König I want to get to one Grand Tour and fight in mountains. Again I don´t know if I should improve König skills.
Bauknecht-Author
The best team from my country. Nothing more than promote to Pro Tour in future; the first season to win Czech Cycling Tour.
I prefer a little bit the first three, because ProTour has better countryside in races, current routes etc. I will play with 2013 DB.

I had really long career with Blanco and it was amazing,but i really recommend to start as Lampre,also got career with them in PCM11,you will never stop playing with them once you start. Believe me

Saxo, because if you will play with your favourite riders you will never get bored, and you will have a bigger satisfaction when you will win.

Honestly, I love reading about histories from non traditional countries... small teams than grow and become very powerfull are very exciting... also you could promote riders from your county...
Im playing a career with EPM-UNE from Colombia, at the beginning its hard, but then it becomes great, you can sign Kreuziger and some other riders from your country... Good luck!

Thank you for your opinions! Your ideas are still very welcomed and the poll is running, so you can vote yet.
What do you think about improve of Kreuziger´s or König´s skills.
Especially Kreuziger could be better in mountain and TT. Yes, he failed during one stage of Giro 2012 and his TT is worse than it used to be, but I think that there is a good potential.
König is also good climber (https://www.netapp-endura.com/en/team/...5fed203af3).
I have one question. Which screenshot maker do you use?

You can take a screenshot with Ctrl-T. And to 'delete' all the windows with information, use Ctrl-U and the ' (left of the enter). To get those windows back, use also Ctrl-U. The screenshots are placed at My Documents/Pro Cycling Manager/Users/*your username*/Screenshots.

I went with Bauknecht-Author, I love seeing small teams grow and become a force to be reckoned with, like kadtagenero says it's hard at the start but you really reap the rewards later on! |

At the end I decided that I´ll play for Team Saxo-Tinkoff because this team is my favourite one and also has the most of my favourite riders.
Today I started my career (difficulty medium) and I´ve played Australia NC already. The RR was crazy - only 7 riders finished the race in time limit! TT was more realistic and (second rider lose only 1´´).
Topic with my career I´ll start probably tomorrow. |
