Congrats, Roman! Always nice to see Bewley doing well. Let's give them Kiwis some love
Will post the next stage already today, i guess. By the way..
Thank you and ember too, really nice to see some nice congrats! And I have to thank you especially for all these really nice reports, not even the quality, but the pace you are posting them, you are doing a great job!
But well, my sprint train works and Bewley is doing epicly great here. My sprint train works even with Gough in place of Sagan, nice to see that. And especially great to see Bewley doing so well against such a big names like Swift, Mohs or Guerao. Maybe the decision to buy Rujano before the season wasn't the best I could have made.

Bewley is his own class, congrats Roman! Sad to see my team doing hell of hard work when chasing breakaway and then we can only create poorly worked or even worse sprint train. It would be nice to keep 3rd place in point rankings, but I better expect nothing. Anyway, it´s a good lesson for me (I believe not only for me) before next season.
Thanks again tsmoha for reports, can we hope race will be done tomorrow evening? No pressure...

That's the plan! And actually no pressure at all, as the reports are already written and stored, just waiting to go online

Another 2nd place is fine. No shame in losing to Bewley and the fact that I only ever seem to have a train of 2 does not help. I opted for more hill support than Feillu, and he gets a chance at some pts of his own (hopefully) in Moscow, so I can't really complain about that.

Well I could have more of some sprint support for Bewley as well, but Howard has a chance to score for himself in Moscow, so that's why. Sagan is a better leadout man than I thought though.

It's quite impressive how I have managed to be in 3 breakaways and none of them sticking while another 2 make it to the end... Damnit!

At least your riders try.
I wasn`t in a single breakaway yet and giving up those "easy" points.
Guardini again top10 of the sprinters is nice. Wouldn`t mind to keep him for next year.

Congratulations, alex!
Now it will be really interesting to see what Boasson Hagen does/doesn't do on the final stage. The hopes for a stage win are still alive, but we're running out of stages. |

You know where to find me in transfer season
Another bizarre stage, not sure what the peloton was doing there. A great result for Project 1t4i though, Congrats Alex |

Nice gif Alex, pretty pleased with things in this race where expectations where low but another very decent stage placing. Nice to see Samoilev once again really battling with Panache.
Key stage next with Vesuvio potentially jumping right into real protour title contention if the old man can complete an brilliant brother double. That said TvG in third will limit the difference with Wikipedia. Interesting though that Swift is placed in 11th on GC at the moment too (ahead of Ginanni!)

Not much interest in the sprints for us here, but it's amusing to see the points competition getting so close before the final day. Although, after looking at the profile, I guess it's highly unlikely that we get to see any battle for that.
Last stage has gathered all the interest of this race though. Can't wait for it!

Surely not the best race AI wise. 3 hilly stages and still some sprinters and low level puncheurs in good positions. Far too big groups.
Feel sorry for Gilbert, Claeys in especially but also Bewley, who have lost time here.
Personally 14th and 22nd sounds okay. But surely LLS should have tried at least something. He could easily have entered the top10 with only one attack. But he did absolutely nothing.
Roux on the other hand with a nice race. Finally showing some attacks as supposed. Unfortunately he wasn`t able to get another bit of time.
Guardini with nice results in the sprint as well. So by far not as many points as the team needed but at least something.
And kick this race off the calendar, SN. It proved nothing special.
Vesuvio, Pokerstars and Wikipedia all with some scoring here. So ranking should stay close.
Thanks for the reports, tsmoha.

I think Norway is supposed to be a showpiece for Hagen - but he really just doesn't like the parcours. Hilly stages races are a real art to getting the stages right. How do you get one that just is not a Tour of the Basque country clone?
I have to be pleased with anything from my rubbish hilly squad (in protour terms) fitting that Good energy get a stage win I think as their hilly squad has always been top notch. My team was strong from breaks.
Great win from the clever road man Schleck who extracted the right move at the right moment. Pokerstars though has a good moment on that last stage also and remian in the pink really. Swift was not quite on the sprints but a high GC is a big bonus I think.

AI wise, it could have been worse, but better, too. Looking at last years results though, the race should indeed be on the watch-list
Congrats SN for another huge race! Schleck in minor trouble today, but fighting to a nice win. Plus Swift, just awesome overall. Bad luck for Roman today, but still a good race overall, too. Gilbert and Claeys though... True failure!
Kinda happy with Oz's showing. Bobridge with another solid showing on PT-level and we tried tour luck in breakaways, too.
