Hagan looking strong on the hills. A really close sprint for the win was great to read.
Nice report fabianski. You will make your own improvements as you go and find new ways of doing things but as a first report it was great

That's actually quite a strong result for Morton, do did much worse here last season. Joining the crucial moves was smart enough, couldn't expect him to be amongst the best on the final metres.
Thanks for the report!

Thanks for the report Fabianski!
Great start for De Bie. 4th in a packed field is the most I can exoect this season but would like to get such top5`s regularly. Won`t be easy and there will be races to lose out clearly as well, but the team depth already showed nicely, that it might be key for his success.
Not all races will see Olivier/Keinath with him though. Depth still should be decent as Zardini/Hugenhaben etc. likely are with him a lot.
Congrats CT for the early win. EBH still the dominant it seems with Sagan/Ponzi behind. Quite terrifying to see Moser already up there as well from the start. |

Glad to see the Badaling course being more selective and delivering a more interesting race than in recent years.
Most pleased to see Kirsch in the mix and finishing Top 30. 15th for Gatauer is an alright result. Will hope he hits higher in some races, but not to be expected in every race.

Firstly it is great to see quite a decent AI in the first PCM18 MG race. Fingers crossed we may as well see some improvement in this area this year.
And secondly I have to be quite a lot happy with this result: beating Ponzi is always going to be an achievment for Sagan this year, only too bad it wasn't enough to also beat EBH. Can't really be unhappy with 2nd place here though!
Thanks for the report Fabianski and also congrats CT. Maybe this is only a start of a season long battle.

Thank you for the report Fabianski! I've to say I'm pretty happy with this result: Sulimov in the break and Chernetskiy finishing 14th. If we keep this up we might avoid a relegate battle.

A season long battle for top-5, perhaps. Air France won't be in contention for the overall win - but I don't mind wrecking everyone else's plans of winning |

It's been a busy off season for me the last days, but great to see the season starting! Not a great result, as expected, for us. Great win by Eddy!

Ginanni dissapointed, but I'm glad Formolo compensated that with a very strong result. Also 6 riders in the top 50 is a nice team performance.

Back in catching up mode again!
With the loss of Kelderman, we obviously can't expect big results in races like these throughout the season, but the team already proves here that we can grab more points than some teams might be comfortable with.
Too bad Arndt was just slightly out of position as the attacks came, if he makes the front group immediately, there's a chance he can utilize his sprint even better.
This wasn't quite his 8th place last season, but he still beat some strong riders and kepts the points loss to teams like T-Mobile, Isostar and Evonik minimal to non-existent.
But, obviously the rider of the day was Yikui Niu here! Amazing ride, covering a big gun and still sticking around the front end of the race for great points. Surely an early season highlight for the depth lovers.
Beyond these two, four more Top 50 results add important points Gazelle-style and justify sending a climber-heavy team here, and of course our second FA addition Spanopoulos had some impressive TV time and still finished quite high in 64th.
Only Mager disappointed, as the sacrificial lamb of the team it seems.
Up front, congrats to Air France who are indeed off to a good start to finally live up to their squad strength this season. And that report was a great season opener!
