Hollister made sponsor confirmation and also was one of the first to respond here. As i cout, 41 managers/teams responded here (icluding 2 teams of SN). I am not sure how many of them remained active at the end of season in PT+CT. Seems to me like all want to continue.

Ah, missed him. with 41 managers confirming that should be all (I think) as there are 9 new PCT teams and the goal is to have 20 PT and 30 PCT. My bad then :-p (And prolly my dream of seeing Monsalve as a free agent)
