They are not the greatest of talents, only level 6 (out of 8) to my best of knowledge. Besides, Contador is too old to grow much further (compared to Valverde or Dekker). However, based on the latest results (Tour), his stats could be altered somewhat in my opinion... |

He is a potential 6 (out of 8) too. In real life he is a huge talent, but this is not represented in the game. Although, there is a mistake in the database: his birthday is on the 35th of May. Thus, he never turns older then 21... (same applies to someone else I can't remember)... |

Jarno Van Mingeroet is the other. He will forever be 29 unless you change it.
Does this mean that Angel Castresana and Ruben Plaza dont age properly either, as they were born on February 29th?

They will age one year in 4 theoretically, although I wouldn't put it past Cyanide not to include leap years

Yes, very stupid indeed. The enige does not support alternatives with guys like Plaza I think. The only 'sollution' is to set their retirement age at a 'low' value (when he is 26, you should set his retirement age to '27', so he will consider quitting cycling in the fourth or fifth season). |

You can't see that ingame, you need to open the database in an editor... |
