Sixth is not amazing, but as we were also close to the win looking at how close it was, I can definitely live with it. Zmorka-time now.
Congratulations again SotD, and thanks for another nice report to redordead!

Very unlucky, Demare's addition to our home race to give our supporters something to watch in the flat stages as well backfires spectacularly as we don't score points AND lose all depth points we could've gotten with Cavagna/Kämna/Conci.
I hope Jasha delivers in the German TT champion jersey at least.

Congrats on the stagewin cio. Obviously not ideal to see such strong depth, but from all the wrong riders. I wonder if they benefitted from early starts given how difficult the GC riders has breaking into a decent outing. So maybe it was the best points outcome to win the Stage and get some points from a top 5 or so pts. But clearly sucks when the leaders then also doesn’t perform.
We can be very pleased with the results. Coquard lost a similar amount of time last season, so that doesn’t come as a surprise. Vlatos 4th again, but this time one of the better riders had been dropped, so 3rd in GC.
Kiriakidis with a solid ride aswell, albeit worth little points.
For now there’s only hoping left. Hoping that Vlatos will keep at the front and help Coquard chase a couple of decent final results.

Looks like conditions were a bit poor during the middle part of the stage with lots of riders performing worse than they should. Still, two of the absolute top favorites are atop the GC now with Zmorka and Würtz. Very strong result for LPH with Sterbini up there as well. Fiedler seems to have had good timing, 10th in the GC now is around where I had hoped he would land. And Silvestre has a shot at the Top 20 with a win or two podium finishes as well. Big ask, to be sure. But again, Top 10 in the GC plus the KoM and minor stage points is very solid.

Some riders in minor GC points territory now, the best we could have hoped for.

Really good stage for us. Zmorka to finish first or second was always quite possible (hope he finishes ahead of Würtz in the remaining stages obviously), but a stellar performance by Sterbini for fourth in GC and decent rides by Robert and Laizer for 14th and 25th GC is really nice.
Manninen in 57th is interesting, if he wins one of the sprint stages he should jump into the top-50 Although I would't say no to some extra stage points, mainly hoping that the four timetrialists don't lose any places in the final two stages.
Congratulations on the stage win, cio, and thanks for an entertaining report, red!

This will be interesting! Solid TT by Würtz, but just not enough to take the win and the GC lead. If I've noted correctly, it should be 63-65 for Zmorka and Würtz after the first three stages here, with the second stage being just a bit too weak from Mads. I'm slightly worried that the leader's jersey will mean that Zmorka will be even more alert in staying towards the front of the field, but I'm hopeful that Würtz can manage to sneak in front of him!
Congrats on the stage win, cio. A nice bounce back after the 2nd stage.

Bad race results so far from our team, but the reports are really good nonetheless, thanks redordead!

Congrats to cio and thanks to red for a great report.
Stimulak beat Kittel again! Hope they hang on to their GC places.

Weirdly, I prefer this over good depth points from the GC!
Particularly now that a good spot in the overall rankings is rather safe, we take the prestige over the points.
Winning a stage in our home race with a German rider is always worth celebrating, what a crazy ride from Nils!
Surely aided by the early start, but there was lots of strong opposition starting in close proximity as well, so I consider this a well-deserved result.
Thanks guys.
No need to waste much time talking about the rest of the team, but that's okay. I hope Demare can justify him being here on the final two stages.

Very Nice win from Silvestre. Big congrats. Stagewin and a huge leap in GC is very cool.
Poor execution from us, but we remain in the positions we like. Hopefully Coquard Can pick himself up to keep the points lead. It would be some bad points to throw away for no reason.

Another consistent sprints from Matti, which is nice.
Would be a bummer to lose the GC by positions :/
Congratulations to Bralirwa! And thanks for another nice report, red

Thank you, and thanks Nemo, too! Indeed a massive result for us, fantastic timing for Silvestre to return to his winning ways. The GC gains are great and jumping to second in the points classification is as well. Another win would see Silvestre jump as high as 7th in the GC, but I don't want to get greedy. The race has already been a success for us, so I'm just looking forward to the final stage without pressure. Thank you as always red for the report

To mangle a famous saying "You can take a Haller to a race but you can't make him lead(out)".
Zabel in 6th is great but surely he could have podiumed with a bit of help from Haller who finished 18th in the end?
Congrats to cunego and thanks for another great report red.

Nice to take the lead in the GC, now fingers crossed that it will stay like that. Guess that's a part of the game where it differs a bit from real life, as I guess either we or Los Pollos Hermanos would try to keep it together for one of the the intermediate sprints.
Congrats on the win, Cunego!

Quite the dodgy computer looking at the screen shot at the finish line, indeed.
Very happy to take the GC win. Really a stunning season from Würtz, with a win here, Herbiers and in the Tour of Norway, along with plenty of other good results. So even with a big decrease in race days, he should end up with more points this season.
Also happy to see how we finished it today, with Kragh and Würtz both near the front as the sprint opened up.
Understandably a pity for Nemo to lose the lead and GC win in this kind of way, but thank you for a good fight. At least a good ending to the race for you with Manninen being awarded the stage win.
Thanks for the reports, redordead!

Much better on the final Stage. 2nd is fine although it almost costed the pts competition.
Two stagewins, one 2nd place, one 4th place, winning points aswell as leading it throughout, two days in the leaders jersey and 3rd in the GC aswell as 4th U25. What a race!
Congrats both tasta and nemolito for great races too, and Nice to see a Manninen win in the end.

Magnificent sprint from Vesely, finishing 62nd surely is a great achievement. I'd say he wasted RD here but they would have been wasted everywhere. At least the time trialists scored a few GC points, shoutout to Cheyne in 29th.
Thanks for the reports redordead, congrats on the win tastasol!
