Congrats to Festina, what a way to celebrate their great season!
Happy with these results, the best result of Vakoc's season and another quite ok result for Sagan.
Thanks for the report.

Fitting end to the season with Spilak winning it. Double congratulations, SotD!
Another classics disappointment from Beltran, but can't be too hard on this one, as a crash can always happen. Very unfortunate to see Dyrnes drop back though, as he would surely have liked the sprint for fourth there, fancying a top 20.
If we're going to be competitive on the hills again, we really need to do something about our setup. The obvious problem is that we'll lack the money after such a season, where we failed in our targetted races. Hopefully we'll be able to do something though, as it's kind of boring with all these hills without a regular challenger
And Bakelants only grabbing 8th, and with three Porto riders in the top 22 could well see Strava go down If that's the case, what a heartbreak for them, as you definitely expected Bakelants to save them here. |

This is just insane! Obviously it was our title to lose, but to end the season with a 1-2 in Tasmania and a 1-5 in Lombardia was the decider. No doubt about that.
I can't help to feel a bit sorry for Roman, though. This was his season, and he did everything right. In the end the depth of leaders was the difference.
After this race I have to close my eyes while opening the final rankings table. That relegation fight is a thriller. Oh dear for whoever lost the battle...

46th in Lombardia. Nice.
Training De Bie to 82 was really worth it...
Other than that, thanks for the report and congrats to SotD. Perfect way to end the season for you with couple of huge results.
Bad luck for Roman that you finished that strong but still a stunning season by both of you. |

Well KHJ did not do anybody happy here but Bystrom did what about to expect from him with a top 25.
What a way to end the season form Festina, congrats SotD! |

hoo hoo hooooo...what a race, what a winner! Huge congrats to our friend SotD for a season finished in style here. Spilak really should be winning this more often, so it's good to see he did at least once.
We did exactly what I hoped, although not getting involved in the attacks and not putting anybody into the Top 10 certainly makes our efforts appear slightly passive. We didn't get massively lucky with positioning in the descent, but I've seen Kelderman and probably Herklotz in the Top 15 of the peloton in all decisive situations, so overall I'm content with how they raced.
In the end, we take a good balanced result from this, evening out points scoring nicely, and more importantly we finish the season on a very satisfiable 7th place after all the annoyance.
Feeling very sorry for Aker that Beltran couldn't even try to salvage their rankings position. I've been there in LBL and I hope we both get through 2019 without those issues.
Further congrats go to Tinkoff and Prio, with very different races between them, but a similar result. And thanks for a great report Aquarius! A great way to end the regular season.

Really liked how we played this one out.
Can't be unhappy about that team performance. Ponzi not on a top day so 3rd is fine here.
Congratz SotD, cracking result yet again this late in the season and what a way to seal the deal! Impressive.
Roman came really, really close. So look forward to the rematch already now for next year.

Good final race for us, nice to see Kennaugh out front and Lutsenko and Edmondson scored some good points. Thanks for the report.

Impressive and stylish finishing of the season, congrats SotD!
Also significant for both worst teams Nemiroff and Iberia, our leaders Nepo and Izagirre took the last two places in the pack
