Paris - Nice Discussion

The triple header has not been kind to us, but this race might have been the worst out of the three. Demonstrated perfectly by the entire team being dropped today.

Thanks for the reports roturn and congrats on the GC win SN!

NOOOOOOOO Sad

As I feared, Oliveira didn't prove strong enough to keep his podium but to fall off the face of the earth in the last stage really isn't good enough for us... Truly a poor performance for us in the end but it was to be expected since we gambled on sending our strongest TTers on paper instead of Yates. The triple header also hammered us big time.

Congrats to SN again for the win as well!

I can have no complaints about our performance here!

Thijssen winning Stage 6 as well as taking 2nd on the final stage is very promising for the rest of his season. He was surprisingly good enough for 43rd in the GC to give him 7th in the U25s and 8th in the Points too.

No exceptional stage from Conci but he was consistent throughout! Unfortunate to drop a position on the final stage on countback but 4th in the GC from him is a great result!
Cosnefroy 13th a fantastic result too alongside 19th from Castrillo, 30th from Thomas and 2nd in the Teams.

Congrats to SN on the win and thank you roturn for the reports Smile

Back from holiday to yet another dismal De Bie performance, once again seemingly due to the way PCM handles puncheurs.

In points terms I think we were at least 100 points below minimum expectations, and I suspect given the way the rest of De Bie's calendar is planned we may be in quite a bit of relegation difficulty, as stage points will be hard to come by.

Congrats SN on the win - I suspect that'll be a theme with Wirtgen and PCM 22 Pfft - and thanks to roturn for the reports.

Weird last stage for us; Banaszek was doing great the first 7 stages (Podium, Top-5 and 2x Top-10) which resulted in leading the point classifications. Then Cyanide's AI strikes again making the guy in green not even sprinting during stage 8? Ah well, you win some, you lose some.

Great reports btw roturn, really liked the screenshots of the ITT Smile
