1. Download the file.
2. Open the file with uTorrent or a similar torrent client. The Expansion Pack will start to download.
3. Once done, make sure that all 16 files are in the same folder, then double click PCMdailyExpansionPack.exe.
4. This will guide you through the process. After the installation, you can pick the Expansion Pack in the Options -> Database tab.

Most common solution to most problems:
You have probably not installed the Expansion Pack to the correct folder.
If you have the Steam version, you have to manually change the installation path. In most cases, the correct path is something like C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Pro Cycling Manager - Season 2013.
If you have the regular version (non-Steam), please check that your installation folder says 'Season 2013'. If it's e.g. 'Saison 2013' or 'Seizonen 2013' or similar, you may have to change the installation path too.
