A database editor made for PCM11. As with the editor for PCM10, it can edit all the tables of the databse, just like the Advanced Editor. It's also suited for save-games, since it's much faster to load them (compared to the Advanced Editor).
This PCM11-version of the editor makes it possible to use different table layouts for 2010 and 2011 databases.
