Installation: Open the .rar-file and the folder inside it. Double click PCMplanet2010_v2.exe and install it to your main PCM-folder, often Program Files/Cyanide/PCM.
In the .rar-file, open the MY DOC folder, then the subfolder called Pro Cycling Manager - Season 2009. Extract the Database folder and Local.cdb to My Docs/Pro Cycling Manager 2009.
