An expanded version of the V2, including lots of bug fixes and plenty of new stuff, e.g. 9 races, more default leader jerseys, several new rider faces and more.
This version contains all the V2 bug fixes - so, this pack should be all that you need to get a proper career with the PPDB.
Installation: Open the rar-file. Inside it, there are two files. Open Program Files.rar and extract all the files to Program Files/Cyanide/PCM. Next, open the My Documents.rar file, open the My Documents folder and extract the files inside it to My Documents/PCM.
