East European Add-on to PCM.daily's 2009 DB

An add-on to PCM.daily's 2009 DB with focus on East European teams and races. This replaces 12 teams from the original DB with 15 new East European / Balkan teams. You also get 28 new races (a few from the original DB has been deleted).
You also get to control Croatia and/or Czech Republic at the World Championship (replacing South Africa and Canada).
To use this, you have to install PCM.daily's 2009 DB before-hand. Also make sure to read the included ReadMe.txt file before installing this add-on.

- two versions of DB - one with 2008's national and world champions and one with 2009's
- 15 teams from East Europe and Balkans replacing 12 from original PCM.daily DB
- 28 new races replacing few from original DB
- Croatia and Czech Rep. starting in World Champs instead of South Africa and Canada
- all graphics for new-added teams
- new countries: Bosnia and Montenegro
- few bugs from original DB fixed
