An easy to use editor which works with PCM09.
It was originally made for PCM08, but the maker, Hannes68, has now made it compatible with PCM09. With it, you can change rider names, stats, team, age, contract, potential, etc., etc. On the team side of things, you can change team names, equipment, website, nationality, etc. You can of course also add new teams and riders.
It's also worth noting that there's several save game functions in this editor. E.g., you can use it to change the team's budget.
Please note that the editor is in German.
Installation: Download and extract it with WinRAR. You can choose the installation folder yourself. Upon the first loading, you're asked for the path to your main PCM-folder, e.g. Program Files/Cyanide/Pro Cycling Manager 2009. Next, you're asked to locate your database or save game.

Crashes whenever I try to start the program. I see that others are having the same problem and looked at 2008. Someone suggested there that you need .NET 3.5 and I already have that .NET 3.5 SP1. Still crashes every time I try to START the program, so I can't even get to opening a database.
