That's because the equipment is already bought for you.

This database replaces the old database, but if you already started a career with another database you can still continue this savegame.

If you just want the equipment and tours, you will have to install the full database because the equipment has been linked in the file of the database.

I can choose the equipment, but it doesn't change the "stars" and the quality. I can't see the quality of the different equipments, its always the same (48 fot quality, for example).

Have I to reintall the patch ?

This is normal! The stars are equal for all equipment because this has no influence inrace.
