Hannes is back with another editor for PCM08. This time, it's the easy-to-use Hannes Editor. With it, you can edit teams, riders, sponsors. It also has special save game features such as budget editing, rider moral, fitness, status and contract length.
This can also be used for advanced users since there's a "special" Converter-kind of like feature.
Installation: Extract the package to wherever you want and open Hannes Editor 2008.exe
