Another editor for PCM08, making it possible to easily add new teams and cyclists. It can also be used for stat-editing, stage editing, and a lot of other useful things. V3 is in Italian, French and English.

V3.1 fixes the search for riders-bug.

Installation: Extract the package, and it's ready to use.

Is it possible to change the finance of the teams because in the other editors is not possible to make it to work in the game.

Nope. Because that's calculated at the beginning of the game, you have to use Hannes and I don't think so easy, dunno

Aaand its not possible to edit favourite races for the teams. My little continental team just gets paris robaix, paris-nice and the french championship....
