This DB lets you experience all the riders who are fighting to become the next super star in the world of cycling. You get 1800 U23 riders and 63 U23 teams, mostly from Italia, but also from other countries. Along with the pack you also get all the needed jerseys.
Installation: Extract the package to somewhere on your computer. Open Megapatch Elitè-Under23.exe and when asked where to install, point it to Program Files/Cyanide/Pro Cycling Manager/. After that, put the Dilettanti.cdb into My Documents/Pro Cycling Manager/Database and choose the DB in the Options in the game.
Has several bugs, such as the classic scouting crash. Not to mention one of the French riders has 50 mountain, but 1350 recovery making him a stage racer. Also it's not like you get to train the riders up from usual U23 status to super good. Most are already at the level of Di Luca etc. So comparably with other riders in the DB yeah its accurate I guess, but if you want to do training from scratch, it ain't gunna happen.
