Robert Gesink bug

Have any of you noticed if there is at Robert Gesink bug in the game? Af few years back, I think it was in my 07 game, Gesink remained 21 years old for my entire carreer. Now in my 09 game he is also 21 even though he should be 23. Database error or Robert Gesink bug?

Edit: Just found him in dyn_cyclists where his birthday is set to 31/5-1986, so why is he set to 21 years old ingame?

Perhaps, they forgot to update his age in the age column of the DB (gene_i_age or something like that)?
