What controls the values within the following DYN_Cyclist table?

fkIDtype_leader
fkIDtype_leader_specialisation
fkIDtype_rider

In the PCM Daily DB these are all zero, yet when you look at the same fields within a save game, they are all populated.

The columns are taken care of by the game upon career start based on the riders' stats.
