Crash in the last day

In my game is 31-12-2010, and I don't know why, bur by game crash when i try to advance to 2011.

If i edit my game to advance, it works, but i supposed some things don't work properly, because my players maintain fatigue for example and maybe some other things that occurs when the game advance a year.

Any ideas?

EDIT: race days stills the same of 2010 Sad

Anyone knows exactly what changes in this crucial day?

The new season will be calculated, you cannot skip this process.

Ask the person who created the DB, he is the only one who can help you. (But I think it cannot be fixed at all)
