im just wondering how many points you get towards the continental yearly points when you win a stage, win the points classification, the mountaid classification, the young riders class and stuff like that. Also like top 10 and stuff.

and with the one day races how many points you get for them for top 10?

UCI's website has never been easy to browse, but I suppose that the Continental Points Scale is there somewhere. Otherwise, you can also find it in STA_UCI_bonus in the DB.
