Real Name DB crashing

Hi!

I am currently using the RealName DB, but I have a problem... sometimes it comes up an error saying something like "Visual error". I can happen while I'm starting a stage, during the stage or sometimes it doesnt happen at all.

Does anyone else have this problem and is there something I can do?
