How many racing days?

I have an extreme talent on my team (me, duh). He is 17 and one of the best sprinters you can find + 71 in both mountain and hills (okey, I might have overdone it a bitWink )

Anyway, this is something more of a question wich goes for all riders; how many days per month can I give a racer? I've seen some people have about 6 every month. Is that to much?

Should I give my young rider more or less racing days compared to others?

You should give a younger rider less racing days then the others. I often stay at around 40 racing days a season for my young talents.
