I have a career where I have reached 2012 and when it changed year from 2011 to 2012 something goes wrong, because if I try to load the game after it have changed year it just comes up a message where it stands, the game is full, and then it quits. Is there a solution to this? any help will be greatly appreciated.

I guess you did not backup your save. In this case you could try the automatic backup created by the game. It can be found in the same folder as your save and has the same name including a ~ (example: game_01.cdb~).
I recommend that you first copy the backup to a secure place and then remove the ~ (the original not the copy). Now start your game and try again.
