I was just playing PCM in carrer mode when there was suddenly a short electricity failure. After a few minutes everything worked fine again. So I started PCM again to continue playing. The intro worked fine but instead of the main menu I only saw a black menu :/ I restarted my computer after that because I thought it was a stupid bug but it didnt help. I still get a black menu.

The save might be corrupt. You have to delete it. Backup it in case that was not the problem.

You should find your save in Own Data \ pcm 09 \ Database \ solo \ official release (something like that)

The save is called xxx.cdb (xxx for the name you entered before starting the career).
The game also creates an automatic backup. You can try to play with that. The backup is called xxx.cdd~. Remove the ~ after you moved/deleted the save.
