How is the Avg. calculated?

I've read somewhere on this forum that the average stat represents the average of 5 key stats for the type of rider.
I'm just curious what those stats are for climbers, sprinters, etc.
If offense is the best defence, does it mean that defence is the worst defence?

If I should die before I wake, I pray the Lord will delete my browser history.

Weighted sums are the sum of the rider Characs * typerider coefficient (STA_type_rider).
