Question about creating stages from google earth

When I open a kml file created from google maps in GPS Track analyze I am getting a large number of hgt files showing that are needed rather than just a couple and I cannot get any matches for the needed hgt files. I have followed the available directions for creating a kml file but it seems as though I am doing something wrong in the creation of the kml file from google maps. Is there a way to get the kml file to show only a couple of needed files? For example rather than needing N40,W080.hgt GPSTrack analyze shows N40.48976576,W80.68574632.hgt. I am trying to create a very short test route and am sure I should only need a couple of hgt files rather then thirty. Could it have something to do with the URL address in google maps? |

Just for the record.... I decided to try out the Bike Route Toaster program and was able to successfully make a stage. Works much better overall. |

Hey, I'm using Impish's editor, but when I click "Write XML File it says Debug and End". When I click Debug, a Visual Basic window comes up. What do I do to Debug it. |
