can someone explein o me where i have to put my own shirt if i wanne make a own team???and how to upgrade the budget sry cant find the threat!

You can find answers for both by searching...

Anyway, shirts go to Program Files/Cyanide/PCM/CM_Textures/cycliste/team and then one of the c-folders (e.g. c00, c01)
