Custom Jersey and Mini-Shirt HELP/NEEDED

I have checked out pcmdaily.com for a while now and love all the cool expansion packs, databases, shirts, etc. So I tried making my own shirts but it just never worked out with all the programs I had to down load like photoshop and blender, etc. and it just got so confusing I gave up. But the game is cool and this site helped the game come to life. And now what I'm really askng is there anyone out there that could make me a custom team jersey with a matching mini-shirt. I know rasm does this stuff but I'm never on when he wants a request and I kind of want one in a hurry. So here is what I'm looking for ......

Primary Color - Silver

Hey is there anyone out there that is trying to make jersey with the free software, gimp. I actually think I got a jersey that might work with it, but I'm having trouble putting on sponsors and help would be nice. So far using gimp the only trouble is finding the same button rjc_43 used in his tutoral with photoshop cs3, and so far gimp has all the same button u just have to look hard for them. So if u want to make some simple jerseys gimp will work and once I find the way to get sponsers on u could make great jersey because all of the blending of colors and stuff are the easy butttons to find on gimp, any help would be nice.
