Fitness
Dezzy
My riders are suffering from a lack of fitness for proabably the first 4/5 months of a season meaning that I cannot effectively challenge for the top places in races and so sponsor confidence plummets. Any tips?

Uhm, how about increasing the riders' training effort? Or changing their training schedule?

Would that effect their training fatigue though by increasing their effort, thus effectively making their fitnessworse? Now they are on 'Tour de France 1' which I think is the default training. They also make some trips to various training camps. Fitness rarely gets over 60pts.

They'd be more fatigued later in the season, yes, but with your current fitness of 60 pts, there's no chance that you'll ever win something. Therefore, you have to increase the training effort.

Also make sure to let your riders do some warm up races as this increases the race fitness.

Ahh ok, thanks a lot. I'll post how this is working later.
