Some thoughts about youth jerseys

There are youth classifications in many races given to the best rider under 25 yrs.

But:

Young riders doesn't have any less chances to be as good overall than a 35 year old. Then it should also be an "old rider classification" for old riders over - say 32 years.

Any comments?

Over 32 years? I think about half GC competitors is about 32 years.... (over: Sastre, Leipheimer, Armstrong...nearly: Menchov, Evans)

In Germany, a cycling site does have a grey jersey for riders over 35 years
