No make offer for rider button

Junior Rider Posts: 42 Joined: 11-09-2007 PCM$: 200.00	Does anyone else not have this button either? Seems that all I can do is offer contracts to free riders, and when the riders have renewed with their teams, they're still in the end of season pool, but I guess that's something that will be fixed in the first patch. Don't ask me why but I made an all french team and by about March I thought, not getting anywhere good with this soon, so I need to buy some new riders asap in October, but right now, I'm stuck with 18 year old french riders who are 50 on nearly everything, and two stars, not ideal at all.

Tour de France Champion Posts: 27880 Joined: 20-10-2006 PCM$: 200.00	From what I remember, Cyanide decided to remove this function. In real life cycling, riders are never bought from teams, so it didn't make sense to have this option in PCM.
