Very,very sad information- in Russia this year no PCM 09 
I have not any bank card and i never buy through the internet.
Can anybody advise me how to get the game ?
Maybe you will buy the game and delivery to me with DHL or other company
and i will pay through the Western Union or something else
(ofcourse before delivery).
Ofcourse i can wait for cracked version and download it but i dont like pirate games.

that's a problem.
I need to pay for card 50$ and minimum amount of money on it must 500$.
I'm not going to buy a card for 50 and then a game for 50 - too expensive.
Is there any way of payment without card ?

I dont think so.
But you could always ask a friend/relative who does have a card.
If not, you migth e-mail metaboli. They may not be able to help you either but if you dont try you dont know. |

Don't you have a virtual credit card service? 
Over here we have a very simple one: I just "create" a virtual, nonexistante credit card, use it to buy what I want, the money comes out of my account, and it's exactly as if I paid cash. No card fees, nothing

As E_Hagen said, did you try Paypal? You can transfer money to the account via bank transaction, so you don't need to have a card. |
