problem with the 09 package

sorry to be the first one to complain but i have installed the game and downloaded the package and deleted team shirts and the other file and when i start to extract with WIN rar it tells me that it is impossible to create the files and that the acess is denied and I have 5000 of these error and still counting

if someone could help thanks

If you plan on starting a career, etc., don't use it. Go with the Real Name DB instead until the Expansion Pack is final (and out of beta).

ok thanks and when you make the final version could you please try to make it a .exe file this would make most peoples lives easier
