I've bought the game throught the "new" link Crue posted (https://www.gamesplanet.com/UK/pc-games/buy-download-Pro-Cycling-Manager-2009-1324-15.html)
but there's no spanish there 
Anyone knows how to change the language?

I have the same problem. I tried to change it in the DL_Average file but it doesn't work. Nobody knows anything about it? |

You have to change it in the local. In STA_language if I'm not wrong.

I have changed that values in every Local,OriginalLocal and when the game starts the thing keeps going, no Dl_average is used this year, so don't know where I can change it.. |

What you can do is try to copy over e.g. English with Spanish in the STA_localized_string and STA_formatted_string in Local.cdb. Then, in-game, select English, and it should be in Spanish instead.
However, there's probably an easier way, just didn't find it yet. |
