I didn't notice this until today, but it seems interesting and definitely worth a check.
In the High-Definition documentary Beyond The Peloton, film makers Joe Finkleman and Booker Sim follow the creation and first racing season of the Cervélo TestTeam. With their all-access passes, they will show you what race footage fails to capture, everything “beyond the peloton”.

I'm downloading the ipod version, good quality though still. So, click the ipod version (the right hand side) and it'll download. |

You can watch them in HD at the site, but I doubt you can download them in HD

I have a program called StreamDown. My guess is that it could download the files.
