Crash after race

My pcm 07 career crashed back to desktop after the national championship in spain.

After that i can't load that career anymore. i can start a new game/career.

is there a trick to same my career or is it gone for ever....thank you for helping.

Try opening your Save Game folder (e.g. My Docs/PCM/Database/Solo/DB Name/). There's a file called something with a ~ after it. Rename it to e.g. NewSave.cdb and try to load it.
