I have just one question i have team astana and if i ride on stage which the last hill is very long and 10 and more % i win with vino fo minute or more.
But i dont know how to play if there is a hill before finisih and finish is flat, becouse i lose in sprint
Pls tell me how to ride with flat and hills stages.

simple attack and if you are with a good sprinter or the 2nd in overall Gc let him do the work Wink

just but if i attack they catch me in 10 min, and than my rider is so exhaus that i cant sprint.

try attacking with 2 or more of your riders, putting the helpers on 99% relay and just letting you leader sit on, until they are blown, then let your leader go fully out.

f.e with Astana

attack with 3 good hill riders on final hill (Vino, Kash, sum1 else) once you have a gap, put the 'sum1 else' on 99% infinite relay, Kash and Vino 65% relay,

then when he is usless (most are usless when 1 red bar is filled, or just generally slowwing down), then make Kash take over with 99% infinate relay and Vino 65% relay, then when Kash is uselss, bomb it home with Vino

riders can go at least 5kms 99% relay on flat, some riders can go more

so mess around to see, how long Kash, Vino and others can go on 99% relay

this is just off the top off my head so don't blame me if it is completley wrong, but hopefully it should help a bitWink
