Problem signing Players

Hi guys!
I'm trying atm the french DB2009. I'm trying to sign Hagen and Martin but since 4 January that i made them an offer they're thinking about the offer. I'm in 24 February right now, could this be a bug or they take so long time to think about an offer?

Aren't they on a team? In that case, I don't think you can sign them until 2010. |

They're free. I signed another free riders but this two told me: "I want to think about your contract offer" and after 2 months they're still thinking about it. Is not a 2010 or 2007 (this DB is 2009 but the starting year is 2006  ) problem, they dont join me cause they are thinking (for 2 months) the offer i made.

Is your team full, because if it is you can't sign anyone else, this has happened to me in other versions (07 and 08). And they won't respond if your team is already full. |

If they say that they want to think about it, then you`ll not get them until next year. if you look at your "incoming" rider screen then you`ll see it  |

23 riders in my team, i dont know whats the top.
In my incoming riders page "thinking about your offer" is the only thing that i can see.
Thanks anyway, im thinking about change the DB!  |

I tried to sign a rider now too see if my squad is full or what is going on. I sing a player so is not a full squad problem. I'll wait till next year lol |
