All equipment the same on DB09 V2.1

Hi,

I've put all the latest updates on my PCM (DB09 V2.1) and I have plenty of equipment available, but all have the same stats: 4 or 5 stars for every type of race.
So my overall stat is 44 for MO, PL and TT whatever frame, wheel or helmet I choose.
Is it just a display problem, or do all riders end up having always an equivalent bike whatever the stage?

Equipment stats simply doesnt matter, so we put them identical.
