Tour of Poland Crash

Using the new PCM database V2.1 (great DB by the way, best ever), my game crashes on August 3rd during the Tour of Poland's Team Time trial stage 1. I plan on replacing the stage with another TTT (probably from the Giro) using the CLEditor, but is there another solution I should be trying? Thanks.

It's mentioned in some other thread, but anyway:
Find top_pologne_stage_1.xml (or something like that) and rename it to 08top_pologne_1.xml
