Prediction season is well underway and here is another lazy edition. I've been too lazy to comment and even too lazy to rank the teams - instead I'll split them into tiers.
I'll make one for CT and PCT, and I'm sure they're both going to be full of flaws, as I won't spend a lot of time on either of them. Luckily, that might provide something to talk about, and if there are any comments or questions, I'll try to reply to them down the line.

I know that 5 teams promote (+disbands), but for some reason I just felt like four tiers with four teams in each was fitting...

PCT Tier List
Two extra tiers added for PCT. I just don't see MOL not promote, and I can't see a scenario where DeNA doesn't relegate. Other than those two, I think it's a rather equal division.

Very interesting to see, and while I have some teams ranked higher / lower than you I agree with most of it (Like MOL in a tier of their own)
I also ofc like to be put in the highest tier in CT, can't deny that

Depth could become an issue for MOL, but with the top end quality on the team promotion seems locked in.
You've built a strong team, and promotion appears very realistic imo. I would be disappointed in my prediction-abilities if you end outside the top 8.

Those make sense to me.
In PCT you have Minions a little higher than others I think - I would have put them and maybe Zalgiris in the next group.
In CT Glanbia need a big Meintjes uear while SEE Turtles need a planning to work well for them to merit that tier in my mind.

I agree here on both counts, although personally I think that my planning has gotten even better this year. Then again, I thought that last year as well.
Still, both of us will need to rely on some luck that could easily come our way.

I considered to put Minions and Zalgiris in the B tier, but in the end I went with them both as strong promotion candidates.
@sean
I agree, you're great at planning, which could mitigate some flaws in the team composition.
And Glanbia needs a bit of luck for Meintjes, but he's so strong that most of the division should have weak knees out of fear when he's present.

I can't really criticize anything in your predictions when they mostly match my own 
Thanks for putting this up, it's always cool to see predictions from as many people as possible (as lazy or detailed they might be)!

I tell you what, tier listing is a really simple but quite effective way to do a prediction. A Tier, ok cool! I think the B&C would muddle up a lot but i wouldn't disagree with the 4-team sets you devised.
