TLDR: Dunbar is potentially available for a very, very good offer (swaps, cash, whatever), pending a suitable replacement being found (or swapped?).
Bagioli potentially available - 14th overall in PCT last season, could be a huge addition to a PCT team, a division winner in CT, or very handy and capable foil in PT. Would prefer $$$, but am open to all kinds of deals you can think up.
Sakalou and Van Vliet both availablle - Sakalou is a great hybrid that can lead a team at CT level, or be a solid domestique at all other levels. Van Vliet is currenty level 3, will max out like this as a very capable stage racer:

As with every year, take this list with a grain of salt. Availability is moreso 'likelihood to leave' - every rider is available to negotiate for the right price. That price however depends on how likely they are to leave.
Dunbar we don't see leaving, but if the right offer comes in anything is possible (that offer would have to be quite decent though ). Definitely not a strict 'no'.
Bagioli was a welcome addition to our team last season, finishing 14th in the PCT standings with 700 points. We would very much like for him to remain with the team, but are unsure if we can accommodate him and will definitely listen to offers.
Sakalou is a decent hybrid on a great wage and is C2 eligible - he will be leaving the team. Cash preferred, swaps possible.
Rubenis is already an alright cobble/sprint domestique, and will only get better as he continues his development. We don't have the capacity to keep him without any cobbled riders, so he will be leaving the team.
Van Vliet is also available, the Aruban stage racing talent will be hitting the open market. A future GT level stage racing/climbing dom, he'll be very helpful in almost any team setup.
Any Indonesian rider that receives an offer will incur an additional 15% tax to their perceived value - buyer beware.
Will be unavailable for a while as it’s late on the other side of the world. Everything previously mentioned remains the same - we are open to any kinds of offers, including offers for ‘better’ riders that would include multiple riders/$$$ from our end.
Eddie Dunbar has received some interest, around the 2.5m - 3m mark. Still unsure if he is to leave. Listening to cash + swaps etc etc.
Andrea Bagioli now receiving a bit of interest. There's a few potential swap deals floated ranging from 900k - 1.2m mark. Listening to all offers
Andrei Sakalou is also avalable - listening to all offers, swaps etc. Happy to do a straight swap for any other rider Otherwise we'd love at least 150k for him

We will aslo acceot lvl 4 loans - message us
PPS: We will be looking to loan out a level 1 rider or two, lvl 1 to 2, and maybe a lvl 1 to 3.
Dunbar has some interesting swap proposals + $$ offers - this is probably the closest he has ever been to leaving the team. If you've ever been an admirer, I would reach out just in case.

..has received a it of interest - a few swap proposals have been tabled, it looks like the bar is set around the 1m mark. Pretty cheap for a guy who finished with 700 points in the PCT last season, is very young and extremely trainable!
OTHERS
Sakalou and Rubenis are still looking for a good home - we are listening to any and all offers!
Bagioli now has a deal thread up in a swap with a stage racer - probably no improving this is deal as we’re very happy with it, but you’re welcome to try. Value would be 1.4m.
Looking more likely Dunbar will be going absolutely nowhere unless something very interesting is to come in - swaps etc etc will be listened to.
Otherwise, we have some cash to burn so if you’re looking for some training money and can offer a decent leader m or sub-leader type rider, hit us up.
All 'asking prices' are only guides, all riders are available and will most likely be leaving the team. We are open to all offers - cash, swaps and everything in between

Yudha is a proficient puncheur, with some great energy stats and very good acceleration. He's a handy lieutenant at PCT or PT level, or a strong leadership option for a CT squad.

Sakalou is a very handy hybrid, and was an important rider on hilly stages for Dunbar last year. He's a great teammate, and managed to find himself in some breaks too where he could be dangerous. He has previously been a decent rider in CT also, and has led teams in the past. Would be a decent pick up for most team setups.

Arifin is a decent and very attacking climber - he finds his way in to lots of breaks and his aggressive riding is very exciting. He's a goof rider at PCT level, but would be very fun at CT level terrorizing the peloton on mountain stages. He did a few C2 races over the last few seasons and always did well, despite never being the leader.
Asking price: 200k

Van Vliet will develop into a very handy stage racing domestique - the kind of rider you can use in any division.
Sakalou has an offer for 60k which has been accepted - overbids will be listened to, but we happy with where he is going.
We also have a few deals in the works - nothing more we can say about them currently, but keep your eyes peeled
We now have German Ben Zwiehoff available - he's a very decent hybrid climber that would be excellent in any division. Open to all offers - cash or swaps. We are looking for TT riders or decent leadout riders/sprinters.

Both riders still available, and are most likely to leave along with Zwiehoff potentially. We are ideally looking for a strong leadout rider/sprinter, TT rider or a respectable talent.
Will be looking to loan out a level 1 rider, to get to level 2. Rider will have 50k wage - looking for a 50/50 wage split with no fee. Happy to help out another team that is in need of a loan also, and would prefer a 50/50 wage split for that also
Other riders
As for the our new arrivals, we have received a little bit of interest, but nothing very interesting. Zwiehoff is the most likely to leave, would love to swap him for a FL rider/sprinter/TT rider.
Stussi and Frankiny would be available for a similar kind of rider mentioned above, but would need to be a tier above.
Latour is going nowhere unless a min offer of 2.4m is received
We are looking to loan out a lvl 1 rider, hoping to get to lvl2. Wage 50k, would ideally like a 50/50 split 25k wage each where we pay min 25k fee Pls help our boy ride his bicycle this year
We're pretty well done with transfers, but are still definitely open to some late window shenanigans - We have little cap + budget to spare, but are open to any kind of trade possibilities you can think of. Would primarily be looking to trade the 2 riders below:
