Before we get to the riders on sale, please note that Bralirwa will in all likelihood be looking to bring in some money though loan fees in propositions where we will take on most or all of a rider's wages. So if you're a PT team that needs their newly acquired talents to be leveled up, do keep us in mind. We're typically quite efficient and bring Lvl 1 riders into the 3.30s regularly.
But for the more interesting part:

Does he really need an introduction? Obviously, Joeri's stats have declined for a second time now, so it's not much use to list his previous achievements. But with 75 FL, 79 CO and 77 SP, he's still very much a threat. For an elite rider in CT, a more than competent leader in PCT and perhaps even PT, he sits at a very reasonable wage of under 200k, and thanks to potential 7, he'll even be useful one more year after this.
With the ascension of Bini, Joeri is the only rider guaranteed to leave this window. That means I have no specific number in mind, he'll simply go to the highest bid, whatever that ends up being. I tend towards preferring cash offers, but swaps with young-ish riders are also on the table.

It looks increasingly likely that Louis Meintjes will leave the team. He's not the youngest anymore and his wage isn't super cheap, but still very affordable at 270k. Strong rider in all three divisions with the potential to be dominant in CT and very competitive in PCT.

Bonaventure Uwizeyimana comes off back-to-back 200+ points seasons in PCT. Similar to Teggart, we're fine if he stays, but in the final year of his prime, it would also be cool to see him in a leading role one more time. He would be a terrific GC rider at a CT team and can also shine in PCT (as proven) and PT, especially if you can provide him with a more favorable schedule than we will likely be able to this year. And given his age, you won't have to move heaven and earth to get him, either.

Gerben Kuypers and Emiel Verstrynge are two talented young Belgians and as such, they fit our team very well. However, it could be necessary to part ways with one of them to finance other endeavors. This could be in an outright sale, but I could also see us loaning one or even both out while paying the wage and receiving a fee in return.

Jago Willems would only be available on loan. We're happy to develop him ourselves, but if you're a PT team looking for a cheap way to acquire a secondary/tertiary sprinting option, I'm open to discussions (again, likely with us paying the wage in return for a fee).

While Joeri is destined to leave, Natnael Tesfatsion is the big unknown for us in this transfer window. He's just reached his prime last year and has definitely hinted at his potential, finishing 60th in the PCT individual rankings. But depending on how things develop, it could be more beneficial for both him and us if he continues his development elsewhere. It would require a significant fee for us to make this a reality, but we want to explore the market at least a bit, so do hit us up if you're interested.

Like Joeri, Matthew Teggart, is available because a younger cobbler is continuing to develop, in this case Jean Eric Habimana. But Teggart is still in his prime and is coming off an absolute banger of a season for a rider of his caliber. For one, he's proven to be a beast on C2 cobbles. His results over the past two years:
1st Dwars door Vlaanderen
2nd Lincoln GP
2nd Gent - Wevelgem
5th GP Herning
5th and 6th Tour du Faso
This year, he's also stepped up in C1/HC races, with Top 10 finishes at 1 Jour de Dunkerque and the GP Kigali, with numerous other Top 15 and Top 25 results even up to the PTHC level, all while primarily riding in support of Joeri. This culminated in 259 points and 73rd in the PCT rankings this year.
At just 29 years, we don't necessarily need to sell him. But he is definitely capable of being an outright team leader on cobbles. And that might be worth more to us in compensation fee than he would be as a domestique and secondary scorer. So let us know if you're interested and we'll talk.
Update: Stallaert currently around the 500k mark and plenty of interest. There's also an offer for Meintjes for 350k that could well be accepted. Not much movement on our other riders, other than loose inquiries on the Belgian youngsters, but we're not in a rush there, either. Reach out if you have proposals
Stallaert is up to 650k, the thread will go up tonight. Overbids are accepted in increments of 50k for now. Meintjes still sits at just 400k, which seems like a bargain to me. Uwizeyimana is currently involved in a swap deal, but I'm still open to cash offers as well.
Teggart and Ndayisenga feel more likely to stay at this point, though I'm still listening to offers.
Among the others, Kuypers is probably the rider that is most available for a sale. Reach out if you're interested!
The thread for Joeri Stallaert is up at 650k. Outbids in 50k increments, as said before.
After the swap deal fell through, I wanted to put another spotlight on Bonaventure Uwizeyimana:

The man is coming off back-to-back 200 point seasons in PCT, and the asking price is currently as little as 200k. Ideal for a PCT team looking to bolster its depth, or a CT team looking for a cheap stage racing leader.
With Stallaert and Uwizeyimana almost out of the door, the focus shifts to the remaining big name on the trading block: Louis Meintjes.

An offer of 600k has been rescinded, matching it would put you immediately in the pole position to get him. Anything 500k+ will at least be considered, though. A package deal including Gerben Kuypers is also possible. Reach out if you are interested.
Meanwhile, I'm still trying to gauge interest for Gerben Kuypers. To make it worth our while, the fee would have to be at least 200k, which doesn't seem much for a young puncheur/cobbles hybrid with solid backup stats. Reach out if you're interested.
Not much activity in terms of buying or selling anymore, but I'm considering moving out two riders on loans where we split the wage equally and no one pays a fee (both riders are on 50k wage) to free up some cap space. Not 100% sure if this will happen, but I want to see if there's even any interest for it to be a realistic consideration at all. So, let me know if you might want to take one or both of these in:
